We may have a burrito bowl addiction… or, more specifically, a jackfruit burrito bowl addiction! Jackfruit is a tropical fruit with a chewy texture, so it’s a blank canvas (and ultimate meat substitute) in the vegan world. This might just be the healthiest and most delicious version of a burrito you’ve ever had...no gluten, oil or dairy. Just pure veggie goodness.


Want to make it easier to transport? Add some sauce and wrap it up!


1X MUSHROOM AND OLIVES PAELLA

NO OIL, DAIRY, SOY OR GLUTEN ADDED/ FROZEN


There are few dishes as comforting, flavour-packed and vibrant as paella. Originally from Spain, it’s traditionally eaten family style, directly from the pan in which it’s cooked (featuring rice, a bit of seasoning, and whatever vegetables/meat were accessible in the rice fields). Our vegan version is a modern take on this delicious tradition, featuring sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms for added oomph.


1X SPINACH PUMPKIN LASAGNE

NO OIL, DAIRY, OR GLUTEN ADDED/ FROZEN

What makes a knockout vegan lasagne? First, there’s spinach for delicate flavour. Then rich, handmade tomato sauce. Pumpkin/coconut cream subs in for the heavy creaminess of a bechamel, and don’t forget to throw in a few herbs for good measure. Voilà! This recipe is one of our most popular for a reason: no gluten, oil, dairy or meat. Just plant-based pasta goodness.


1X SWEET POTATO AND LENTIL COTTAGE PIE


This won’t be the first vegan cottage pie you’ve seen, but it’ll surely be your favourite! Lentils are jam-packed full of veggie deliciousness (seasoned with cinnamon, ginger, coriander, onion & garlic) then topped with a thick layer of kumara mash. Boom! Totally drool-worthy.

Marlie Bites Frozen Veggie Bites are little nuggets of vegetable goodness that take the fuss out of dinnertime, making it a fun (and nutritious) time of the day for all the family! Allergen-friendly and free from gluten, dairy, soy and eggs.


1X VEGAN CHEESE AND MINCE PIE


Dad's Pies:Traditional mince pie but made with a delicious plant-based mince, creamy vegan cheese, encased in golden pastry (CONTAINS GLUTEN)

TIPS

  1. - Our Jackfruit Burrito Bowl and Paella can be enjoyed as a cold dish or salad.

  2. - The Cottage Pie and Lasagne are tastier when warm, so if you don't have a microwave handy, keep them for dinner! After a long day, What can be better than having dinner ready to eat?

  3. - Please bake the veggie bites and vegan mince pie before eating, and have them cold or warm (with chutney? why not?!)

  4. - And those yummy granola bars, take them ANYWHERE with you. There are the perfect snack to eat at work/school/after gym/or at home while watching Netflix ;)
