2) Jackfruit Burrito Bowl

We may have a burrito bowl addiction… or, more specifically, a jackfruit burrito bowl addiction! Jackfruit is a tropical fruit with a chewy texture, so it’s a blank canvas (and ultimate meat substitute) in the vegan world. This might just be the healthiest and most delicious version of a burrito you’ve ever had...no gluten, oil or dairy. Just pure veggie goodness.


3) Sweet Potato & Lentil Cottage Pie

This won’t be the first vegan cottage pie you’ve seen, but it’ll surely be your favourite! Lentils are jam-packed full of veggie deliciousness (seasoned with cinnamon, ginger, coriander, onion & garlic) then topped with a thick layer of kumara mash. Boom! Totally drool-worthy.


4) Pumpkin Curry with Beet Rice

This curry isn’t just beautiful to look at but packed with nutrients to boost your immunity. She’s creamy, pumpkiny, hearty, coconutty, spiced just a little (but not hot) and 100% delicious. No oils, gluten, meat or dairy here - just plants.


5) Paella with Mushrooms, Black Olives & Sundried Tomatoes

Our vegan version is a modern take on this delicious tradition, featuring sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms for added oomph.


6) Coconut & Yellow Pea Dahl with Roast Potatoes

As with any true Indian dish, this Dahl is wonderfully aromatic. You don’t have to be vegan/vegetarian to appreciate these flavours that wrap you up like a warm blanket - grab a naan bread and go to town.


7) Butter Chickpea & Cauli Masala

This recipe is our vegan take on traditional butter chicken, and it’s the ultimate comfort meal! We honour those original spices and rich flavours with creamy Pure Coco cream, but sub in chickpeas as our protein. No gluten, no oil, just plants. It’s heaven in your mouth.


8) Veggie & Chickpea Curry

Made from scratch with our own curry paste, this vegan curry is delicious by itself but can also be enjoyed with rice, naan bread, or extra veggies on the side. It’s bursting with flavour and belly-loving nutrients, thanks to a beautiful combo of simmered chickpeas, pumpkin, coconut cream and mild spices.
