Paella with Mushrooms, Black Olives & Sundried Tomatoes

There are few dishes as comforting, flavour-packed and vibrant as paella. Originally from Spain, it’s traditionally eaten family style, directly from the pan in which it’s cooked (featuring rice, a bit of seasoning, and whatever vegetables/meat were accessible in the rice fields). Our vegan version is a modern take on this delicious tradition, featuring sun-dried tomatoes and mushrooms for added oomph.

Ingredients: Rice Brown (14.5%), Peas (9.6%), Capsicum (7.7%), Mushrooms (7.1%), Red Onion (5.8%), Sundried Tomato (4.8%), Vow Vege Stock Paste (4.3%) [Celery (68.1%), Carrots (10.9%), Onion (8.5%), Himalayan Salt, Parsley, Garlic, Dried Basil, Dried Rosemary], Black Olives (3.4%), Tomato Paste (1.4%), Garlic, Himalayan Salt, Parsley, Smoked Paprika, Turmeric. Doesn't contain lemon wedges.

Made in the same kitchen that also uses nuts, fish, egg, milk, soy, sesame, cereals, sulphites, shellfish: SEPARATED BY DAY AND TIME AFTER FULL SANITATION TO ENSURE THIS PRODUCT IS VEGAN.
